Sensei Neil Thomas
Club Founder & Chief Instructor
Neil has over 30 years experience in martial arts that include Goju Ryu karate, Shotokan karate, Shukokai karate, Aikido and Jiu Jitsu.
He believes firmly that martial arts are for everyone. Every person can benefit from the values, the training, and the skills martial arts can offer.
Sensei Peter Killaway
Senior Instructor for Bradford
Peter has over 25 years experience in martial arts that include Shotokan karate, Krav Maga, Aikido and Jiu Jitsu. He is the senior instructor for our new full time centre in Bradford.
When he is not teaching classes in the Bradford Dojo, you can find him conducting 1 on 1 personal training session.
Sensei Andy Dann
Senior Instructor for Sheffield
Andrew has almost 18 years experience training and competing in a variety of martial arts including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Goju Ryu karate, Shotokan karate, boxing and Mixed Martial Arts cage fighting.
During his years working as a frontline supervisor he gained valuable experience and knowledge of dealing with and diffusing potentially volatile and violent situations where self defence was necessary.
Sensei John Bannon
John has 9 years+ experience in martial arts that include Mixed Martial Arts and Karate. He is a family man, training alongside his wife and son in our Bradford classes. He has been an exceptional part of our senior team for the past 4 yrs.
Senpai David Addy
David has 7+ years experience in martial arts that include Mixed Martial Arts & Karate. David has been a great asset to our senior team for the past 2 yrs.
He demonstrates great values and understanding when it comes to martial arts and has shown great support & passion for KMAA.
